This is a website reproducing the content from the offline now website yostwerks.com with extra contentent and some notes to be added later. There are many posts about kayak builiding scatered on the web, many of those are hard to find, so here I’ll try to, at least, source them. Yostwerks helped me build my first SoF kayak, the Sea Rider, it is a great help for beginers and a small idea guide for anyone who uses a different approach on DIY kayak building.  In my opion is not either the best nor the worst, it is just as fine as needed.

In the wood frame section I will be enhancing the instrucions with a few more details that already have been identified by others and I too met during my effort to complete my first project. If anyone has to offer more images or comments on each construction section please feel free to email me or leave a comment with what could be added!
